Information sessions for teachers and school leaders on transitioning from provisional to full registration in the NT

View details

The Teacher Registration Board of the NT will be hosting information sessions on transitioning from provisional to full registration.

It is the provisionally registered teacher’s responsibility to lead the process of transitioning to full registration, however school leaders and colleagues also have key roles to play in the process. As a result, all stakeholders are encouraged to attend to ensure school process and TRBNT requirements are met.

Transitioning to full registration is a process that is is focused on teacher growth and self-reflection against the Standards, whereby the applicant is supported to further develop effective teaching strategies, which lead to improved student outcomes.

All sessions will be conducted online via Microsoft Teams, with resources and certificate of attendance provided. All attendees will have the opportunity to speak with a member of the Quality Teaching Team, as the steps and requirements to transition are discussed.
