Obtain academic records

An academic record is a statement of the units completed for a qualification such as a degree and a statement indicating the completion of that qualification. An academic record can be obtained from the institution at which you studied. The following links are provided to assist you in obtaining your academic record. If the institution that you attended no longer exists you need to apply to the university or institution that has subsumed it.

If you require further assistance, please contact the Teacher Registration Board on (08) 8999 4197.
