Twilight Seminar for New Teachers to the Profession
The Standards and Professional Learning Committee of the Teacher Registration Board of NT is conducting a seminar for registered teachers who are new to the profession. This includes teachers who have recently graduated or teachers who are returning to the profession after a significant absence.
The session is designed to discuss the beginning of your career as a teacher, the requirements to move from Provisional to Full Registration, the National Professional Standards for Teachers, and tips for managing your first year as a teacher. There will be opportunity for discussion, sharing with colleagues and questions.
Interested participants are required to register for the session by Friday 2 March 2012. Places will be limited to the first 50 event registrations.
